- Rates Include Breakfast and 14% Tax
· All guests are subject to an entrance fee of R20.00 per adult and R10.00 per child.
· High Season rates apply during Easter Weekend, South African Long Weekends and between the 15th of December 2011 and 5th January 2012.
· Reservations are confirmed once a deposit of 50% the total accommodation amount has been received.
Cancellation fees
· For reservations cancelled less than 21 days but more than 10 days before arrival, 40% of the deposit amount shall be forfeited.
· For reservations cancelled 10 days or less before arrival, the total deposit amount will be forfeited.
· For cancellations before the above periods a 25% administration fee shall apply.
